INEC Declares Obaseki Winner Of Edo Governorship Election 2020
Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State has emerged winner of Saturday’s governorship election in the state.

Obaseki won his second term in office after securing victory with a high margin. His challenger Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu of the All Progressives Congress came with over 223,000 votes.

It would be recalled that Obaseki joined the Peoples Democratic Party late when he was disqualified from running under the banner of the ruling APC.
