Ihedioha May Be On His Way Back to Douglas House

If the recently obtained information available to MaaziTV, is anything to go by then Senator Hope Uzodinma, probably may not have much longer to stay in power.

This is as there may soon be a date for the Philip Umeadi suit against Uzodinma.

Philip Umeadi, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, had approached the Supreme Court, over the verdict of a case, the Supreme Court handed down on Uche Nwosu, the son-in-law to the former governor of Imo State, Senator Rochas Okorocha.

Umeadi’s suit had been delayed for so long, sparking apprehension amongst the people, and suspicion of external influences and pressure on the Supreme Court, to keep the case benched.

Umeadi’s suit, is based on a Supreme Court ruling, that declared Uche Nwosu, as the authentic candidate of both the All Progressives Congress APC, as well as the Action Alliance AA, in the 2019 General Elections.

By that ruling by the Supreme Court, it becomes safe to say, that Senator Hope Uzodinma, who was also declared by the same Supreme Court, as the winner of the election, in one of the most controversial verdicts in Nigeria’s history, may not belong to any political party after all.

Philip Umeadi, had approached the Supreme Court, to execute the verdict. More recently, Uche Nwosu, would also approach the Supreme Court, seeking to evict Hope Uzodinma from office.

Uche Nwosu’s entrance into the suit, seemed to have given it life, after it had stayed dominant for almost a year.

It is believed, that Uche Nwosu, through his father-in-law, Rochas Okororcha, can clear up whatever had been holding the case, as they possess the financial might, to ensure no external influence keeps the case down any longer.

MaaziTV was reliably informed, that a date will soon be announced for the hearing of the suit, and with the way the case is, we might be seeing the return of Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha to Government House.
