Information reaching us now says that the house of the trending Yoruba activist has been razed by fire.
It was gathered that a man close to the popularly called Sunday Igboho confirmed the incidence during a phone interaction after the activist’s building in Ibadan was burnt early in the morning on Tuesday.
Quoting his words he said; “I have called my boss but he didn’t answer his phone. I called his Chief Security Officer and he confirmed the development to me. This is unfortunate and terrible.”
It would be recalled that Sunday Igboho had in the previous week given a 7-day ultimatum to the Fulani herdsmen in his home region of Ibarapa area, Oyo State to leave owing to the fact that they are responsible for the insecurities around the zone.
Not too long after Igboho and his men visited to Igangan community in the state, some properties which includes house and cars of the Seriki Fulani of Igangan was burnt, video were seen circulating the media.
But Igboho claimed that he his not involved in the burning but rather the boys who resides in the locality.
The Seriki revealed that he and his family trekked through the night moving from Oyo State to Ogun State via bush path to escape dangers.
