The federal government is feeling the heat from the fire it has ignited by tagging all the claims of Endsars shootings at the Lekki Tollgate as false.
The Nigerian Songwriter and musician, Obianuju Catherine Udeh, professionally known as DJ Switch who has been on the forefront of making revelations on the shootings was threatened by the Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed. He threatened to expose her.
The minister however insisted that there were no killings at the Lekki toll-gate, describing footage from the incident as false, ‘a massacre without bodies’.
The former Kaduna Senator, Shehu Sani, has joined others in backlashing the Nigerian government for describing the Lekki massacre as one without bodies.
Sani who took to his Twitter handle called out the government for shifting focus from going after Boko Haram leader, Shekau to targeting Dj Switch.
He wrote on twitter:
Some people have become Egyptian Archaeologists; looking for Lekki corpses. Shifting from Shekau to Switch.
NTA should blast CNN and FRCN should counter BBC. We move on.Shikenan.
