Sani has been in the custody of the EFCC since December until, Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday granted him bail, in the sum of N10 million with one surety in like sum.
However, Senator Shehu Sani, has been released from custody.
The former senator was released on Thursday evening, after reaching his bail conditions.
Suleiman Ahmed, an aide to the former lawmaker, said his boss was released around 6pm.
