The spokesman of the Nigerian Military, Major General John Enenche, has revealed that a place housing Boko Haram terrorist leaders in Borno State has been destroyed by the Nigerian army’s fighter jets.

The attack which was done on Tuesday were conducted by the Air Task Force of Operation Lafiya Dole.
According to Enenche, compounds housing the insurgents were located at Bulawa in Sambisa Forest.
In a statement, he said;
The airstrikes were carried on April 21, 2020, based on credible human intelligence reports and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance missions that led to the identification of the target houses within the settlement.
The Air Task Force dispatched fighter jets to take out the compounds scored accurate hits in the target area, leading to the destruction of some of the structures as well as the neutralisation of some of the terrorists occupying the compounds.
