Okoye Okechukwu, one of the lawmaker, who was beheaded in Anambra State has been buried today.
According to reports, Okoye’s head was dumped at Chisco park in Amichi six days after he and Cyril Chiegboka, his campaign director, were kidnapped in Aguata in May, last two months.
The Anambra state Governor, Professor Charles Soludo shared pictures from his burial on Facebook handle to mourned the late lawmaker who was beheaded by unknown kidnappers.
Soludo said “The death of Hon. Okechukwu Okoye (Okey dị okay) is one too many and it hits personally. The cowards responsible for your gruesome murder will never have the last laugh,” the Governor vowed.
