The New Nigeria Development Company Limited, NNDC, has stated its willingness to collaborate closely with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, in the battle against corruption and economic crime in order to make Nigeria a better place.
Shehu Mai Borno, the conglomerate’s Ag. Group Managing Director, made the assurance during a courtesy visit to the anti-graft agency’s Kaduna Zonal Command.
Shehu said the visit was prompted by promises from the EFCC about the agency’s commitment to the anti-corruption campaign, and that they were inspired to join the fight to free Nigeria from corruption.
The Zonal Commander, Harry Erin, responded by saying that such statements encourage the EFCC to redouble its efforts in the fight against economic and financial crimes in the country.
He reassured the visitors that the EFCC would not rest on its laurels until our country was clean.
