The United States president-elect Joe Biden on Saturday evening took to Social media to express his fears about the country’s unemployment benefits.
Joe Biden who took to twitter today, December 5 reveal that if the Congress and president Donald Trump fail to take right steps, the country will experience massive unemployment benefits.
The president-elect who sounded so concerned said 12 million Americans will lose unemployment benefits if Congress and President Trump fail to act by the end of December.
He added that by the end of December, emergency paid leave will end, the moratorium on evictions will expire and he warned that the situation is urgent.
Biden however concluded that Americans need help and they need it now.
Taking to twitter, he wrote:
“If Congress and President Trump fail to act by the end of December:
- 12 million Americans will lose unemployment benefits
- Emergency paid leave will end
- The moratorium on evictions will expire
The situation is urgent. Americans need help and they need it now.”
