239 New COVID-19 Cases Confirmed In Nigeria

239 New COVID-19 Cases Confirmed In Nigeria

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has announced the confirmation of 239 new COVID-19 cases.

Cases in the country rose from 54008 to 54247 with the new cases while 10 deaths were recorded.

NCDC also revealed that not less than 42010 people have recovered from the virus.

Coronavirus deaths in Nigeria stood at 1023 in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

The 239 new cases are reported from 15 states- Plateau (116), FCT (33), Lagos (19), Ekiti (12), Kaduna (11), Ogun (11), Ebonyi (cool, Benue (7), Abia (5), Delta (5), Ondo (4), Edo (3), Imo (2), Osun (2), Bauchi (1)
