20 people have lost their lives in an fresh attack on three communities in Zangon, Kataf LGA of kaduna state.
Armed militias who carried out the attack on Thursday morning, August 6, leave several others injured.
The affected communities are Kurmin Masara, Apyia Shyim, and Takmawai.
The attackers also burnt down many houses, leaving machete corpse all over the place.
The fresh attack is coming few days after security agencies were deployed to the vulnerable communities of the state to prevent residents from further attacks.
However, the police authorities are yet to confirm the incident.
The Chairman of Zango Kataf local government, Elias Manza confirmed the attack stating that gunmen, suspected to be Fulani militia, invaded the three communities in the early hours of Thursday morning, and started shooting indiscriminately at peoples houses.
He said that seven people were killed in Takmawai while 13 others killed in Kurmin Masara.
